Spring - 30 days of Feel Good Fitness

 

Spring is an initiative designed to get people moving, demonstrate the impact this has on their mood and raise over $500,000 for the Black Dog Institute.

Spring Fitness 

During September the aim is to:

  1. get more Australians active
  2. demonstrate the impact regular exercise has on mood and well-being
  3. get people talking about mental health
  4. raise over $500,000 to support people with depression.

About 4.5 million Australians will experience some form of mental illness this year and almost half of all Australians have experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life. This is your chance to make a difference, both to your own mood and the moods of others. 


Encourage your team to participate and take up the challenge in order to:

  1. improve your mood, increase energy and improve your overall health.
  2. show your support for people with depression and their families.
