Australian Workforce Index

The Kelly Services’ Global Workforce Index is an annual survey capturing the opinions of employees across 37 countries.  The study covers a wide range of issues about how people find work and how they deal with varying aspects of the recruitment process.  

The following report concentrates on the opinions of 19,000 Australians who participated in the Kelly Services' Global Workforce Index in 2008.
