We represent a tier one nationally recognised Australian packaging organization. Due to promotion, a sales manager position has become available to lead their Carton packaging division in Western Sydney. This sales role is considered a senior position within the business and there is huge scope to make this role your own and lead the sales teams to continued success.
In line with this packaging company’s consistent and continued growth, this role has been born out of expansion and aggressive growth plans. This role will have you looking after the sales and account management teams, setting and delivering divisional sales budgets and maintaining a winning sales culture.
The successful candidate must already have sales management experience within any area of the packaging or wider manufacturing industry. You will be a standout in terms of your achievements including staff management, increasing market share, profit and growth etc. It is vital that the right candidate possesses very strong process skills, is very analytical, has strong reporting skills and enjoys working with the detail.

Client Relationship Manager required for global enterprise solutions/ BPO/ITO company, managing delivery and relationships for tier one banking client
We represent a true global giant in the global IT enterprise solutions industry. Through continued growth they are looking for someone in Melbourne to relationship manage one of their largest ‘top 4 banking institution’ clients. With the focus on business process integration, this is a great opportunity to work for a global leading IT business, and manage one of the most reputable and professional businesses in the country.
As a leading US$5 billion, global technology and IT enterprise business, they have an ever increasing presence in 25 countries throughout the world. It is because of this ongoing growth that they are now looking to expand their team in Melbourne.
With a focus on business process integration and services related to: software solutions, remote infrastructure and systems integration etc. you will be managing one of the largest banking institutions in Asia-Pac with a responsibility of circa $30m. You will be driving business relationships, pro-actively managing delivery and cross selling multi-service delivery.
Ideally, you will have substantial experience delivering IT solutions into financial institutions and at the very least solid experience of solutions sales into finance. You will be working at the highest level and professionalism and business acumen are an absolute must.
We can offer a very competitive remuneration of circa $200,000 plus the usual tools. This is a senior role and opportunities within the business are endless.
