Human capital is the collective sum of employees’ attributes, life experience, knowledge, inventiveness, and energy.  Companies need to understand that human capital is what makes the company successful and hence need to manage it effectively.

BEING FLEXIBLE WITH WORK HOURS
The reference to people working ‘9 to 5’ is so common because there was a time when every office and almost every business kept to these working hours. It is a very different story today with flexibility being one of the key concerns of many workers.
